This Privacy Policy explains how Invexa Stock Tracker collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares personal data when you use the mobile application, web administration console, website, accounts, paid plans, support tools, and related services.

Depending on how you use Invexa, we may process account and profile data, company and tenant information, email address, username, name, password in hashed form, role and permissions, language and theme preferences, subscription and plan status, activity records, product and stock count data, import and export logs, support messages, device/session data, push notification tokens where enabled, server logs, and non-sensitive payment references returned by the payment provider.

We use this data to create and manage accounts, provide stock tracking features, manage companies, users, activities and sessions, process imports and exports, show reports, operate plan limits, support payments and renewals, send service emails or notifications, provide support, secure the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, keep audit logs, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations.

Payments are redirected to and completed on a secure bank, payment institution, hosted checkout, card acquirer, or licensed payment processor page. Invexa does not collect or store full credit card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, banking passwords, or payment authentication credentials. We may store non-sensitive references such as payment status, amount, currency, dates, plan metadata, and transaction identifiers needed to activate access, keep payment history, support accounting, and resolve payment issues.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers and infrastructure needed to run Invexa, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processors, security tools, analytics where configured, push notification services, and file or document processing tools. These providers may process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

Authorized administrators and super administrators may access operational data only according to their role and permissions, including for company management, support, security, billing, audit, and compliance. Tenant users can access only the company data allowed by their account and configuration.

We keep account, company, stock, payment, and audit data while your account or tenant is active and as long as needed for the service, security, legal claims, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and compliance. If you delete your account or tenant, personal data is deleted or anonymized where supported, except where longer retention is required by law or legitimate obligations. Account deletion does not create any refund right for paid plans.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable law grants those rights. Some settings can be changed directly in the app or web console. For broader privacy requests, use the support or contact details available in Invexa.

We may update this Privacy Policy when features, providers, legal requirements, or business rules change. Continued use after the updated policy is posted means you accept the updated policy, unless applicable law requires a different process.
